"This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. "

"We were made very welcome by the family at Horizon Homestay and recommend staying here. The food was excellent, all freshly prepared. The views over Tansen were beautiful - a great place to have breakfast in the sun. We were going to eat out on our second night, but the restaurant closed early as it was a Saturday night. Instead we were treated to delicious pasta, fresh vegetables and herbs. Thank you. Namaste."

"The only good thing I can say is the wifi working somehow and we got a place to sleep for a night. We booked 2 rooms and both were dirty.Bed sheets were dirty, looks like its not been changed for a while, Upon notifying the receptation, they said - " We just changed it yesterday, you can't get cleaner then this, this is how it works here". "The staff at the property were utterly welcoming and hospitable. It is conveniently located, close enough to the main complex of Lumbini, and far enough to give you a sense of peace and quiet. The ambience of the property is unmatched, and they have also set up ground water replenishing pits and solar water heaters which make it an ecologically sustainable property. "
