Maison Les Terrasses is a timber villa inspired by old tobacco drying sheds — a design unique to the region. 140 m², 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 master suite on the ground floor + 3 bedrooms upstairs), 3 shower rooms, large 60 m² living room/kitchen opening onto a 140 m² terrace. Private garden of 2,500 m² bordered by century-old oak trees, with views stretching as far as Biron Castle.

The swimming pool:
The swimming pool (4 × 9 m) is heated and secure — accessible from June and still pleasant in September. The large terraces around it allow you to have lunch in the shade or sunbathe depending on the time of day. A hiking trail starts directly from the property.
