"Lovely hotel high up on the mountain side with an amazing view of the valley and Luxembourg on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet was hardy and delicious, and the dinner one of the best I had in Europe! The natural setting was breathtaking. The infinity pool on the bottom floor has a great view of the valley, as well. The town had some fun places to explore, and it is just a short drive to Echternach on the Luxembourg side, which has a courthouse originally built by Charlemagne....

"Cosy room. Very spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Friendly staff and nice selection of channels on TV. Elevator and easy parking across the road.The only problem was the mattress which was not straight/flat... so I woke up with back pain. Luckily it was just one night. The rest was excellent but the quality of the bed must be everything for a hotel......"

The hotel is spread across three buildings: the main building with the restaurant, Building 26 with rooms and the sauna, and another building across the street. The private sauna was a highlight—€30 for 1–2 people, and free by prior arrangement between 12:00–19:00, which was wonderful. Free parking. Just a few minutes to Trier and about 25 minutes to Luxenbourg. The wine tasting experience was excellent and very welcoming, even for non–wine experts,...

Historic downtown is 15 minutes walking distance. Parking can be tricky..but free spots can be found. Watch out -main road access is a one way road. "
