"Check-in was a breeze. The room was spotless and Alex, the manager, is a gem! We stayed in an ADA room and the bathroom was HUGE! We will definitely be back. "
"Amazing restaurant making it too easy to never stir from the hotel.
Kind staff, albeit clueless on how to descale in-room coffee machines, making it necessary to get dressed and go to the lobby coffee stand where coffee is not free.
Fireplace in room was wonderful. Huge room, too.
Underground parking was terrific.
They have made the effort to blend first class hospitality with modernity. Top class!"
"I loved it. The king suite with jetted tub is amazing. Only thin? Deadbolt should be higher up on the door. My little escape artists having that ease of unlocking access was a bit nerve wracking."
"The room was clean, bed comfortable, and noise from outside and adjoining rooms minimal. The air conditioner was quiet, the refrigerator even kept things frozen in the freezing compartment. The microwave worked, though controls were confusing. The TV worked well, but channel selection poorly documented. WiFi was easily accessed The "free" breakfast was good, by usual motel standards, with scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, and juice. The coffee was brown and hot, but bland. Room coffee packets were no better. The staff was friendly and helpful; I had messed up on my departure date, and got the date extended -- fortunately this did not hit the heavy weekend schedule. Parking was great, with a lot at the level of the second floor where I stayed. Several good restaurants in the area. A good stay, at a reasonable price."
