"Some of the staff was very helpful and some were a bit annoyed at questions and had no idea what you were asking about if you had questions. According to the website, they would serve breakfast till 10:00 AM. When one of us went to check they stopped an hour earlier. The first night, room service did not come in and clean, after we talked with them about it, they did it after that. The swimming pool was outdoors and did not look that clean so we decided against it. The gym room was too hot when my brother went to exercise. They said they sold laundry pods but when my dad asked, the staff said they did not and had no idea what he was talking about. They did have a laundry room but one of their machines was broken so we had to drive into a different part of town to a laundromat. Other than that, the suite was nice. "

"We arrived after hours and had some issues with their digital key system, so we thought we were going to be locked out for the night. It wouldn't send a verification text to the number on file, so we couldn't get our digital room key. Thankfully, they have an after hours emergency line. We called them, and they were more than helpful. Apparently, despite us not setting anything up, they thankfully saved a key for us in a lock box, and the emergency line was able to give us the code to get the key and get in. We had 2 young kids along for the ride, and we'd been in the car for over 12 hours at that point. So we were a little more than peeved that we couldn't get into the room. But once the wife found the emergency line and we were able to get things sorted, we were more than happy that everything worked out. Of note, the AC in our room wasn't able to cool things down, however when we mentioned this to the front desk staff, they said that maintenance wouldn't be able to get to it (it was the weekend). Then they asked if we'd like to try a separate room! We being cool-natured gladly accepted, and the new room's AC worked just fine. There were some bumps, but I'd be more than happy to stay here again if it comes down to it. Definitely a great place to stay, and the price makes it unbeatable."

"Kitchen had everything, loved that the rooms had a washer and dryer in them. The resort was very clean & well kept. Amenities were great!"

"The menu was fresh but needs more options , staff was very friendly , ac was working good , cleanliness was good but I put some clothes above the desk and it came back all gray , extremely dusty , I called reception like 6 times with a few minutes apart because I needed something, they never pick up , probably at evening they more busy . But other than that everything was good . "
