This is in a lovely little spot and the flat is quite spacious. We met the owner who was very happy to answer questions about the animals. We patted the goats, met the chickens and went in to see the sheep. Very clean apartment with large fridge and washing machine supplied. Close access to town and for the ferry to the mainland.

Fantastic Farmstay

Wonderful place for our family trip to Devonport. Being a midwinter trip we were worried it might be cold but plenty of extra blankets were provided and heating was great. Very comfortable beds including sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location for exploring don railway, penguins at Lilico beach and heading into Devonport.

Quiet stay ith the chooks

Accommodation accurately portyayed on the website, comfortble, spacious. Had trouble finding the accommodation - this was fixed by the owner when he cut the grass which had been obscuring the street number. After an email to stayz, the owner rang us & access to the apartment was easily and quickly sorted out. We appreciated his follow up email after we had left.

Wasn’t up to our standards…wasn’t very clean…..we ended up booking into local motel ….the locations wasn’t easiest to find and the lane leading up to apartment was awful ….the apartment wasn’t even inviting ….had chooks right at our front door, it was cold, the bathroom/ toilet had an awful vent system that looked horrendous…we were very disappointed
