Welcome to DewBea House! Clean, comfy and convenient oceanfront condo in the heart of Dewey Beach on Saulsbury Street! Located on the 2nd floor of this quaint 6-unit oceanfront condo building offering fantastic ocean views and just a 2 minute walk to Dewey's best nightlife and dining spots!
The decor is coastal themed and light and bright! Offering 3 bedrooms (all with TV’s) - 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 1 with pyramid bunk (twin top/Full bottom), 2 full baths - one with tub and handheld showerhead capability, fully stocked Granite kitchen with a Keurig and drip coffee makers, stainless steel appliances - electric range/oven, dishwasher and full sized fridge. All cleaning, laundry and dish soaps as well as paper products provided. Fulll sized washer and dryer in unit.
Living room opens to the screened in deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy fantastic views and listen to the ocean waves from the living, dining room & (my favorite) the screened in deck. We are dog friendly, provide 2 parking spaces, full sized washer & dryer and hi-speed wifi. Hardwood floors & character throughout. Our location can't be beat!

Great Place to Stay with Children and Dogs

We had a great stay in Dewey! You can't beat how close you are to the beach and it was very convenient. This place was great for us since we have children and a dog. Jenny was very friendly and the property was clean and nice. We would stay here again!

Family beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as described online, the host was very responsive with all of my needs and it had a nice view of the beach from the porch. We would love to come back again.

Excellent location

Had an amazing time in this beautiful condo. Location is everything to my friends and I and this place checked off all the boxes. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. The beach is 2 steps away, which was super nice. The deck was great for morning coffee and late night chats while listening to the ocean. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing location and sizeable space!

Easy check-in, spacious inside for 6 people, beds comfy, really good working AC, beautiful view from the screen porch, PERFECT location right by by the beach and also a quick walk to all the restaurants/bars. Host was communicative and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The space was well equipped with household items as well as beach chairs/games/etc. Highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect location!

We loved everything about this property. The location is as close as you can get to the beach. The sunrise views from the porch are amazing! There is plenty of room for a family to spread out, and the condo is well equipped with everything we could need. Also the outside shower was a plus! We hope to come back next year :)

Wonderful rental right on the beach

We had a great stay at this rental right on the Dewey beach and within walking distances to all the restaurants and even Rehoboth beach! Jenny was very responsive to all of my questions and even bought board games when I inquired about the availability of games in the unit. The screened in porch was a gem that allowed you to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean without the bugs. We would definitely want to stay here again if we go back to Dewey!

DewBea Getaway

We enjoyed a fantastic week in Dewey! This property was just as described. Perfect location right on the beach! You can see the ocean from the screened porch. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our college kids walked to go parasailing and jet skiing. Super dog friendly area. Loved seeing the Wednesday beach bonfire. Jennifer is a great host. Wonderful communication and many thoughtful amenities and touches in this place. Would rent again!

Beach place

We were so looking forward to our weekend down there but it was a really difficult check in process. The cleaning crew was there until 5pm or later and we thought we would at least get a late checkout. It was just very disappointing.. The place was actually nice and a good location. Still a good weekend.

Perfect Family Getaway

This place is absolutely perfect for a small family. The house was as pictured. The place was very clean, had no odor, and was well stocked with extra toiletries and kitchen needs. Anything we ran out of was promptly addressed by the property owner. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly, it was very quiet. The location was great for walking to the best Dewey has to offer- stores, restaurants, bars, etc. It's also a quick drive to Rehoboth. My 3 year old loved the kids room and didn't want to leave. The only thing I could say is that when booking a pet friendly location you're likely to get some left over dog hair hidden like there was some dog hair still on the couch or the vent on near the floor (which was easy enough to wipe myself). But like I said I think that's to be expected with a pet friendly place anyway. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this place. I hope to be able to book this location again in the future. The condo was quaint and within walking distance of restaurants and biking distance to Rehoboth and Lewes.Very close to the beach....enough to hear the waves at night. Neighborhood is very nice for evening walks with the dog. Weather was gorgeous for that time of year. We would visit again.

Close to the beach

This condo was perfect for our short family vacation. Location was ideal… just a few steps to the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants. Condo included all the necessities, was very clean and was nicely decorated. Even our two dogs loved it!!

We booked this as a family getaway/Mother's Day gift. The host, Jenny, was very responsive and kind. The ocean views were amazing! Beach access is right next to the condo making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The screened porch was perfect for watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed, from coffee and toiletries to beach towels and chairs. The area is very dog friendly, too. There are several restaurants within walking distance that allow dogs on their patios and provide water bowls. Highly recommend!
