This inviting, pet-friendly retreat comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, a twin bed with a trundle, and a room divider for added privacy. A fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry ensure convenience throughout your stay, while central air conditioning and high-speed internet provide modern comfort. Step outside to your private patio, ideal for relaxing or spending time with your furry companion. Located just steps from the beach and Dewey Beach's lively nightlife, you'll be within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and water sports. For added convenience, the townhouse includes one assigned parking spot. Linens are not provided but can be arranged through a rental package. Great location!

Great location right on the beach, pet friendly, with easy access through a walking path behind the property. Bring your linens and paper products, but otherwise the house had everything you need. Love the private outdoor shower and close to everything in town. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location. It was perfect for us and where others from our family were staying near us. It was really nice having access to water on our porch. Loved having two porches to sit on. It would’ve been nice to have a key to sliding door to come in after you hosed off or for kids having to use restroom quickly after being hosed off. The place inside was nice pretty clean. The insides of the cabinets could use a clean up but it is the middle of beach season. If you like to cook I would suggest brining a bigger pot, skillet and cookie sheet. The glasses and dishes were great and plenty. The cookware could’ve used a few more options if you like to cook. Laundry was great and outdoor shower was great! All in all very nice! The shower door was broke the day we got there and someone came first thing Monday to fix it. Bed setup was great.

This rental is a gem!! Couldn’t get closer to the beach. Cute house with everything you need for cooking. Easy check in and out. Loved the back deck to cool off before going into the house. Right in the middle of Dewey close to everything.

The place was ok but lacking in cleanliness and supplies. Screen and shower doors easily came off track, limited kitchen supplies, uncomfortable outdoor seating. Screened in porch is view seriously obstructed by the windows. Not a bad option for the price. Location is incredible.
