On my next trip to Bangladesh I’m staying here again. Grate location, extremely close to the airport. The only negative thing to say is that Gym is somewhat of a joke. I’m 6,2 and I touched the ceiling with my forearm. The equipment was not working properly. If they can fix that, this place is awesome.

Mainly mosquitoes in this area not only the hotel is annoying. Food , stuff and most of the services rendered are very good. I can say best food I ever tried in any hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Everything was perfect, lovely staff, amazing breakfast, great wifi, quiet, clean, comfortable, and the transfer to the airport worked great. Everybody was very friendly with me. Couldn’t ask for more.

I stay one night at this hotel, very clean, check in was quick, had a transport from airport than hotel to airport was excellent, only downside is restaurant food service very bad,only three tables people were in restaurant, its took an hour food to serve, i had ordered fresh papaya jucice its came an hour late n smell of fresh garlic,i think they blended the fruits in a machine which been used for garlic blend.Mr.Iqbal was apologised to us for that.Restaurant service must be improved otherwise it could be have bad impact.

I accidentally booked a room in this hotel. I’m currently in USA and didn’t know it was Bangladesh. They are impossible to contact. Not picking up their phones, not responding to email. It’s extremely unprofessional. I have a gold account. I travel a lot. This is the worse stressing experience!

Well looked after
Friendly, helpful & polite staff all of whom spoke good English. I felt very well looked after. Lovely room and smoking area nearby. Great breakfasts. The addition of a bar at the hotel would be nice.

Close to the airport with a great staff!
I needed an airport local hotel, and this fit the bill! The staff were lovely! I had a wonderful dinner on the top floor, just wish the lights were dimmer so there was not such a glare in the view!

This hotel is at the top of my most favorite hotels in the world. Cannot emphasize how much attention they pay to helping with the chaos that is Dhaka International Airport. They met us promptly for two flight arrivals and assisted with two departures in the crowd scene there. The hotel is modern clean and the food is great. The personnel are quite helpful and have terrific English skills. Professional and anticipated my needs. I would not stay anywhere else in Dhaka.

Good place to stay if you are tight on time for shopping around Pratunam. We were there for three days and two nights and managed to shop and drop off what we bought at the hotel before going for another round of shopping and body massage.

Good option near Dhaka airport
Nice option if you are looking for a hotel near Dhaka airport. They offer free shuttle service. Make sure to call the hotel to arrange shuttle. When I called they couldn’t find my reservation through hotels.com. I had to forward my confirmation email before they confirmed my reservation. When we arrived at the airport someone was waiting for us with our names. Shuttle ride was little scary but we made it to hotel safely. Hotel stay was satisfactory. Room was good. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The only negative experience at hotel was someone’s phone conversation at 2:30am woke me up. I guess the walls are pretty thin. Overall it was a pretty good stopover.
