Property is very dated requires refurbishing and painting walls dirty with crumbling sections of paint. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very Basic but but food was good

Most important thing is it returns value of money. Location is very good close to the Airport. Services are good. But management should take initiative to renove the decorations. All staffs became too old already.

Noisy Traffic near hotel

This used to be my preferred place to stay, have stayed here many tikes before when travelling from Dhaka airport. However with the new flyover in front of the hotel there is nonstop noise in the rooms and it's very difficult to sleep with the traffic noise. Will be looking to stay somewhere quieter in future.

Cheap but not good condition or cleanliness

Pictures are a little misleading. I wasn't expecting this hotel to be particularly good but when I got there it was worse than I expected. The condition of the room and bathroom isn't very good and the level of cleanliness is also not very good. It had a working air-conditioner and the bed was pretty comfortable. Service was alright. Overall I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed in the hotel few years ago back in 2018. It was decent at that time. Recent stay experience is really terrible. Seems management has changed recently. It should 0 star review. Dirty everywhere, new dining area is like a bedroom with added sink for hand washing. It seemed like new management still using old reviews to get some business. Sad to see its became piece of garbage. I wont stay wont recommend to anyone

They cooked exactly what we wanted (it wasn't on the menu). They answered calls promptly and were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean, no bugs, had no unpleasant odors. Warm shower water! The only thing I wish they could change is double glass on the window so the traffic noise wouldn't be so loud.

Excellent value for a clean & comfortable room

This is my second stay at this hotel in 13 months. I gave it a good rating last year. It has improved since then. The service was very good (but the phone number on the Hotels.com site was wrong). The room was very clean and smell- and bug-free. Noise from the street was moderate. Bathroom was clean and up to Western standards. Very close to the DAC airport. For the money, it's definitely a winner!
