"I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!"

"The staff are very kind and helpful. They provide shuttle service from the airport of Dhaka to the hotel, which is very nice for first-time visitors like me.
