Have been staying at this resort many times. Always impeccable service. Resort manager Ms. Preeti is one of the best, she runs the place with a woman’s touch. Love staying there. Great rooms, good food, incredible views and excellent staff.

great hotel, nice staff, very respectful and courteous, all staff stand as you walk by them to show gratitude , honor, respect for the customer / guests. I am from upstat New York. I consider the hotel very safe, good one hour walking running course on quiet main road next to the hotel. Dependable driver Arun taking me to special sites and monasteries, Food at the hotel restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this hotel !!

Overall good property and lot of things to do inside property with kids as well. May be to some extent their bathrooms can be improved, sizes are very small.

Amazing service... right from check in to check out... very good food options... breakfast & dinner had lot of options and the live singer at the restaurant was too good.... special mention to Vishal - who served us at the restaurants for his service and efficient service. Infinity pool (heated) with lovely view of the valley & stadium.... we will surely stay here again on our next trip

If you are visiting Dharamshala or Mcleod gang, it is an absolute must to stay here. The views are stunning. The staff is exceptional. The cleanliness is what I loved the most. It’s is so peaceful, you would never wanna leave. The pool was my favorite part of the day. For the price you pay, you won’t get the same experience anywhere else in the world! We will be coming back !!!

Room carpets were dirty and stained.looks like they are old and no one cleans them.i had to upgrade my room to delux room. I had made booking from USA with hefty amount of dollars.was very disappointing experience. Dining at Edge was excellent with great food and good choices. Staff was excellent all over.especially in dining room.Ajay,Aman,Naresh and Abhinav were great and helpful. Ajay deserves 5 star for his cordiality. Santosh the cleaning lady was always smiling with friendly behaviour. Chef was excellent.Enjoyed vegetarian dishes for dinner.Very tasty and not too heavy Breakfast was awesome with soo many choices.Chefs were great and wuick service Overall enjoyed very much except for room This critique is to make Radison better place Dr Amrit Nayar
