"I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... So finally I was given another room which was of a lower category and since apparently it was vacated by another guest a short while ago, it was not even cleaned up properly. The facilities like...
