"The hotel pool wasn’t working and they only notified me 2 days before arrival. They said it would still work for one of the days if my stay, but it wasn’t true. Since it was a non refundable booking I couldn’t cancel it. When asked to the staff if there was any compensation offered, or at least include us the breakfast or give us a better room they were quite rude, not accommodating at all and didn’t do anything to compensate or try to make our stay more enjoyable. Also the room service was not available all the time. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for the price you pay there’s way better places. "

"This apartment is absolutely brilliant. Very well equipped, lots of space, comfortable beds, beautiful views, quick response to questions and a delightful ambience. The showers and bathroom facilities are excellent. Everywhere was very clean on arrival and the bedding and pillows were in good condition. The block is very quiet and the ski locker has plenty of room. The position of the apartment was perfect for easy access to the magic carpet for the 3 year old to learn to ski from, ski hire places, supermarket and pizza take away. We were a party of grandparents (early 70s), parents and a 1 and 3 year old. The travel cot, the baby sledge, and the booster seat (used at the table for the 3 year old) were all really useful. We borrowed a high chair for the 1 year old from the agent at no cost. There was a bed guard for the lower bunk as added safety. We were able to park for free in the building's car park. Two sets of keys were helpful. The washing machine was efficient and worked well. The heating worked well and was easy to adjust as needed. We could not have been in a better accommodation during the half term week when there was too much snow to ski. The space in the apartment meant that the children had plenty of room to play and run around. The TV worked and the remote was easy to use. The children enjoyed the flashing lights around the ceiling in the sitting room. Having an open plan kitchen was sociable, the kitchen being very new and well equipped. Good dishwasher."

"The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. But otherwise it was quite a good apartment, with very friendly staff and very clean and very warm rooms. The apartment is very close to the ski lift. "

"My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken during our stay, and no one from management seemed to care. There was no offer to move us, no apology, and no attempt at compensation. We felt completely ignored. For a brand that markets itself on comfort and quality, this was a huge letdown. We would caution others to double-check what you’re really getting before booking."
