Located in Diamond City, AR just minuets from the lake. Bring your boat and fishing poles for a day on Bull Shoals Lake. Close to Diamond City Country Club with a great golf course and dining. Enjoy the beautiful Ozarks with a short scenic drive to Branson, MO. Also located within an hour of the Buffalo River for great floating and hiking. This basement apartment has one bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom. The bedroom is big enough should you want to pack a blow up mattress for extra sleeping space. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Little things not so little

Great location. Clean. Responsive to problems. Unfortunately there were problems. First the AC was not working, extremely hot and humid in the room. The issue was resolved the same day but lost a few hours of lake time. Second the wifi and cell signal is terrible. Very difficult for communication when there are problems. 3rd we were locked out because the door code stopped working. Had to leave the property to communicate and get a new code. Last. The toilet was extremely low to the floor and shallow. I would return because I liked the property and room.

My first experience at a Vrbo that was terrible. I’ll never stay at a basement with the owner IN the house! The people partying next door were loud and we got blamed for it! Absolutely horrific experience!

Home is very clean and extremely comfortable both for sitting and sleeping!!! This home is just what we were looking for and plan to return often. Thank you so much for an extremely relaxing time away and including our fur babies!!!
