Located a short stroll from the banks of River Ganges, the house commands a certain sense of tranquil privacy with picture-perfect views. Its lush gardens make for a great spot to hang around with the family, making the most of the outdoor sit-outs, gazebo and swings. Not to mention, the bonfire and barbeque arrangements go perfectly well with this leisurely mood.

This is a pet-friendly property. However, access to pets is subject to the breed of the pet.

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
- AC, WiFi, electric kettle, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- They all offer garden views, while one has a balcony.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room on the ground floor seats up to 8 people and offers a TV and WiFi.
- The dining room is part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people.
- There are 2 lawns at the front and back of the property, with seating for 5 and 15 each.

KITCHEN
- Guests can access the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day
- It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in. However, breakfast is complimentary.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- A chef can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. 
- The caretaker won't bring the groceries in case guests want to use the kitchen to cook. The guests are requested to purchase their own produce.
- Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games or a peaceful read in the library. They can fire up a barbecue or bonfire too. The lawns and gazebo are perfect hangout spots.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire is available at Rs. 1000 per use.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the front and back lawns.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans, TV for up to 8 hours.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied. 
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, access to pets is subject to the breed of the pet.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 11 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.
- Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property.
- Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
