Absolutely beautiful and delightfully unique property! Close to the lake but peaceful and away from the commercial chaos. We appreciated the well-maintained property, the clear and detailed instructions provided, and the organization and labels for household items was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this property again in future years.
We had an unforgettable stay at a beautifully restored 1851 church near Bolton Landing in Lake George. The historical charm and character of the building was evident in every room, from the historic architecture to the artwork and books throughout the home. The blend of old-world charm with modern comforts made our stay for the long weekend great. The rental was well maintained (for a 170 yr old building) and provided all the amenities we needed, a BBQ grill, dishwasher, hair dryers, well stocked kitchen, and other great touches.
The location was perfect, conveniently close to Bolton Landing and Diamond Point, allowing us easy access to the Norowal Marine, and great restaurants. Traveling with a child and family, this rental worked well with the 2 bedrooms, the 2 beds in loft area above the main room, and the multiple bathrooms. Jonathan the property manager was responsive to our questions and we had no issues with the rental at all. The combination of historical ambiance and family-friendly features made this rental an ideal choice for our long weekend getaway. We highly recommend this charming and unique property to anyone looking for a unique stay at Lake George.
