"The area surrounding the Hotel was very sketchy.The inside of the hotel including the rooms were very run down and a very strong cleaning chemical the whole stay,people above us were so loud running and jumping until 2am or after. The one good thing about this hotel was the staff were incredible,however, I would not recommend this location "

Made-to order pancakes was a highlight with several varieties to choose from. Homemade warm cookies were served at 3pm every day. We highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Area"

"This was a horrible experience. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and had to go purchase sheets and blankets for the extra bed because they were not provided and the front desk did not have any. The food was cold. Our room this time was nasty. The door would not unlock at first. Then once we did open it it was not secured. The pool tile was broken and the indoor heated pool was like ice. There was no pool towels. The bathroom was dirty. Our room smelt of smoke and it was non smoking. There were dirty socks in the pull out sofa. When told to managment they told me they were understaffed and did that we booked through a 3rd party so there was nothing he could do. Oh and there was previous duct tape over the peep hole. It didn't make me feel safe with my kids at all. "
