"It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night."

2/10 Terrible

"Room had dog pee all over the floor and was overall just nasty. The bed was at least clean. Bathroom sink and tub both had clogged drains really bad so I had to bathe in water half way up my shins. Woke up at 5am to a woman screaming hysterically in the hallway and beating on the door of the unit across from me. That continued for about 30 minutes with her running up and down the hall and screaming in front of my door and then slamming the exit door over and over. The cops finally arrived by 6am and had to listen to them beating on the door across the hall/pulling people out and interrogating them in the hallway. I tried calling the front desk twice before the cops arrived and nobody answered the phone. After I felt safe enough to leave my room I decided to go ahead and check out about 8am just to get out of there and when I asked the guy at the front desk if i was going to be compensated for my terrible experience he laughed at me and said no. He told me there is no ensured quiet time with the purchase of your stay and to take it up with corporate if I wasn’t happy. 0/10 recommend"

"The beds are comfy, the pool looked nice but we didn't get to use it was too cold. It's in a good location with plenty of food choices. To be a new hotel it was kinda dirty in the lobby. Our room floors and bathtub was dirty no trash bag in the bathroom trash can. The breakfast was horrible."

"My nice honest review: Me and my husband stayed two nights for a weekend because we worked at an event in Nashville for the weekend and it was too far of a drive home and Nashville hotels are overpriced. It’s an okay place to stay if you’re just staying one night but not great if you’re staying more than that. The room smelled stale moldy/mildewy (we’re allergic) when we first got in because the air conditioner wasn’t on so we let it run and it was better the next day but not all gone. I had brown marks on my socks due to the floor being dirty. There was mold in the shower/tub/showerhead and didn’t look clean so I cleaned it myself with what I had which was body wash and a scrub glove. It’s great we never ran out of hot water. Had two towels and two wash cloths for one day so we reused them. Mini fridge and microwave was nice and they were clean. There was a hole or rip in the ceiling near the window probably due to moisture. For breakfast there was a couple sausage patties and round egg things, a few biscuits, none of which I ate, the waffle maker made decent waffles but I was hungry an hour later, flaky cereal, no milk, coffee, no creamer, and no fruit or juice. Gas station food across the street would probably be better. I also had to search for more utensils and such in the cabinets below. Pool was closed. Hopefully the owners can improve some things. If not then they need to change the name because being named Quality Inn, it’s expected to be Quality."
