"We stayed in a two bedroom/one bathroom suite (2 adults and 3 kids).
Housekeeping was very clean and kind. They made swan towels and hearts on our bed and left us fruit and wine and sweets in our room.
The water park is fun for kids and adults (including toddlers) but the water is cold.
The main pool is heated, which was very nice. But it was just a bit small and the water itself wasn’t the cleanest. I wish the water filters were more effective. The beach was the biggest disappointment for us because it was a rocky beach with moss. It wasn’t soft sand. But the resort maintained their private area very well. The food wasn’t the best (except for breakfast which was amazing) but there is a lot of variety. I personally did not like the meat and chicken (it was very smelly and had a weird texture) but there are a lot of vegetarian dishes. The entertainment was amazing. We stayed for a week and experienced a festival, mini disco, live band, Kenya acrobats (very cool), bouncy castle in the pool. Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a well rounded but more affordable and modest experience (not luxury). There is a lot of places to eat scattered around the resort, and there are also smaller pools in some of the suite block areas which are a bit further from the main pool. I would have gotten those room but my kids liked the main pool more."
