Double deluxe room is not as per pictures - there’s 3 in the property that accurately reflect, all others have a closed off traditional balcony. Staff not solution oriented, smoking at front door, sleeping on chair in reception. Property is not well kept, cats roaming around, carpets frayed, walls marked and damaged. Black out curtains, not really..!
The major plus is the breakfast - fresh, varied and tasty and generally can’t fault it at all

"Amazing modern beautiful hotel in the center of Tbilisi. Room was big and well equipped, bathroom was very beautiful as well with Toto toilets;) The manager on the reception was very helpful and gave us access to their lounge zone, this was very convenient.
