Nice buffet breakfast included. If you want to have dinner you need to make a reservation and order from the menu in advance. I ordered the carbonara and didn’t realize I had to specify the type of pasta. I was served just the sauce (strange they would think this is what I wanted for dinner). Definitely some language barriers. Room was great, we got a corner room with an abundance of windows. It was a nice surprise.

안락한 숙박, 아쉬운 조식

호텔 내부는 깔끔하였고 객실 내부도 깨끗했다. 다만 복도의 소리가 잘 들린다는 것이 단점이었다. 베트남 아이들이 새벽부터 복도에서 장난을 쳐서 시끄러웠다. 조식도 종류가 많은 편이었는데, 이른 아침 투어를 진행하는 베트남의 특성상 아침 일찍 가지 않으면 먹을 것이 별로 없다.. 리셉션의 직원도 영어를 할줄알았고 호텔 내부에 루프탑바와 수영장, 기념품샵 등 편의 시설이 많다.

One of the only options in DBP, but much better than the LP review - clean, large rooms only slightly rough around the edges. Get there early for the buffet breakfast though, a small selection of european foods.

Nice Hotel

It’s one of the best hotel in Dien Bien, it’s close to any tourist sites. I like my room. It’s very spacious. I booked executive suite with reasonable rate. The staffs are friendly with very limited English.

Not a lot of choice in Dien.

This is probably the best hotel in Dien Dien Phu! Reception staff were all right but forgot to book my taxi. The service in the restaurant was poor and local lads kept coming in and out of the kitchen. The range of breakfast food was very narrow. The bedroom carpet was very dirty. I imagine that it has seen better days.

It's not a 4 stars hotel

Nobody spoke English!!! It isn't normal in a 4 stars hotel!!! There were people smoking in the hall and the staff didn't help me doing a bus booking, so there wasn't any tourist desk! The pool is in the car parking (in fact nobody used it!). Very poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel
