"A fantastic hotel to stay at in Hoi An.Wonderful staff in Vivian, Sally, Catherine, Minh, Hau and more who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.Rooms are great with very comfortable beds, great shower and bathrooms, TV, fridge, compliments etc. Swimming pool is large and very clean.Very easy access to the heart of Hoi An town and Ancient district.The free bike use is marvellous and it is a 5 minute flat, relaxing ride into the heart.Very safe ride during the day or night.Breakfast...

"The staff went over and beyond for my birthday. Upon coming down for their amazing buffet breakfast they hit a song and starting singing happy birthday to me and even brought out a cake for me. This was so thankful and greatly appreciated. Never had a more tenetive and thoughtful hotel staff before.
The buffet breakfast was amazing. Each day was something different so you continuously got to try new foods each day. It was always very fresh and nothing processed.
