This beautiful and modern brand new residence located in the community of Dieppe is comfortable and perfect for couples, families, group trips/ individual get away from out of town and in town.
With:
Breath taking and spacious patio with a 240V private HOT TUB, modern kitchen, indoor fire place and huge driveway for parking.

3 min drive to Tim hortons, Dollarama, COOP, and Mac-Donald and several gas stations.

3 mins drive from the airport

To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

Hot tub and backyard space is private and exclusively for this listing. Not shared!

Hot tub is considered as a bonus and any HOT TUB USE IS AT OWN RISK.

No pets of any kind or size in hot tub, please.

Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.

Please do not leave kids unattended close to the hot tub. Preferably, it is advisable to keep the kids away from the hot tub for safety reasons

Also note that there is another Airbnb apartment with a separate side entrance at the basement. The apartment is separate from this listing. It has its own amenities and won’t be in your way all through your stay.
