About this property

Modern apartment between Ansbach and Nuremberg. Dogs welcome.

Modern and well-equipped apartment with its own terrace and garden use between Ansbach (15 minutes) and Nuremberg (20 minutes).
Here you can relax or relax after work.
Ideal for trips to beautiful Franconia, the Playmobil Funpark or the Altmühl and Brombachsee can be easily reached from here.
There are also many thermal baths or water parks such as Palm Beach nearby.
The 4-legged companions are also very welcome and there are already dogs in the house, these are used among other things for therapy.
A small swimming lake and playground are practically in front of the door and the apartment is located on a quiet and little-used street.

The apartment is suitable for couples, individuals and, if necessary, a travel cot for the younger generation can be brought along.

Wir hatten vom 18.bis 26. Juni einen sehr schönen aufenthalt bei Brend und Martina. Die wohnung war wunderschön gelegen, sehr ordentlich und komplett ausgestattet...wirklich toll. Sehr schön war auch das bettwäsche und handtücher zur verfügung gestellt wurden. Brend un Martina war auch super nette leute. Wir würden diese wohnung auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen. Winterweek in Frankenland Duitsland

De eigenaren hadden het goed en mooi ingericht en buiten Al door kerstverlichting in kerstsfeer gebracht. En er viel als extraatje een pak sneeuw om het af te maken. Prima week gehad en ook onze hond was welkom. Een mooi uitgangspunt voor bezoek aan Neurenberg en Rothenburg o.d.t. en Ansbach.

Nach einem etwas holprigen Check In aufgrund beidseitiger Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten hatten wir eine super Zeit bei Familie Klemm. Wir haben gute Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und uns genau wie unser Hund sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt, es war alles da, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Auch das kleine Dorf ist eine so schöne, idyllische Umgebung für Entspannung und vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Hund!

Idyllische, ruhige Lage. Freundliche Unterkunft, Hundefreundliche nette Gastgeber

Wir haben viele Radausflüge in der Umgebung unternommen. Der Altmühlsee und Brombachsee ist sehr einladend zum Baden, Boarden und Radeln. Fahrzeit 30-45 Min mit Auto. Eine Paddeltour an der Altmühl ist lohnenswert

Reibungslosen Ablauf mit Vermietern, Ferienwohnung für zwei Erwachsene und 2 Hunden war es ideal. Einrichtung der Wohnung alles top, von elektronischen Geräten bis hin zu Küchen Utensilien. Würden es wieder mieten oder empfehlen.

Kleine, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatten. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen, man kann direkt am Haus Gassirunden machen. Insgesamt super Urlaub!

Tolle Gastgeber, wunderschöne Umgebung

Ziel dieses Aufenthalts war es, einfach mal abzuschalten. Und das ist den Gastgebern und Fellnasen wunderbar gelungen. Die Wohnung war 1a und der mit viel Liebe gestaltete Garten lud zu gemütlichen Grillabenden ein. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Wer nicht nur entspannen will, findet hier aber auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.
