Beautiful stone house (with wooden extension) completely renovated in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in Dieulefit (2km from the centre), comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces, a private swimming pool and a petanque court.

The house has an area of 160 m2 and includes 3 terraces, each of which will allow you to either stroll by the pool (5m/5m), or to read or "nap" in the shade with the gentle trickling of the spring or to share moments and convivial meals with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find the living space composed of a living room (wifi, TV) and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, kettle, filter coffee maker + Nespresso, toaster, microwave etc...) opening onto 2 terraces, as well as a bathroom and toilet. A pellet stove is designed to warm up the spaces and give a cosy atmosphere.

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with new bedding of 160, a bathroom and 1 toilet

On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with new bedding of 160 and 1 bedroom with new bedding of 160, 2 beds in 90 and a cot. A TV and a DVD player.



Outside, 3 terraces, a swimming pool, a petanque court, a plancha and a swing set for children



** Household linen in addition: €12.5 per single bed / €25 per double bed. The linen includes sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats.



** Nespresso coffee maker (standard capsules) + filter coffee maker.



** If the maximum number of guests is reached (10 people), we limit the number of infants to 2 for each booking. If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity then the booking will be cancelled without refund.



** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.



** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 5pm.



We cannot guarantee that the pool will open before May 15.
