Good location

The location is great since it is close to the old town and walkable. The rooms are spacious enough and has the basic amenities that you need for short stays. There is a small kitchenette as well. The beds are comfortable even though the mattress is a bit soft and not too thick too.

This was just the perfect hotel for our 1 night stay in Dijon! It’s a good location en the room was already availible when we arrived (2 hours before check in was supposed to open) ! Very nice people and the room was very clean!

Comfortable stay.

Mostly good and comfortable stay. The most negative thing we have to say is that the lighting in our room was strangely dim. Otherwise, though, it was clean and very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a lot of Dijon sites. If you want off-street parking in the hotel's garage, making sure to contact them and arrange before you arrive.

We booked a family room but was given a disabled room which had a really inadequate bathroom design, had a really low shower screen, water leaked around the whole bathroom floor, slippery for the children, very dangerous design. Spoke to the manager but unhelpful, communication was very poor.

Man ist sich nicht ganz klar beim Personal, ob der Hund mit in den Frühstückstaum darf. Man wollte uns zunächst auf die Terasse in den Regen schicken, hat und dann aber in der Ecke des Frühstücksraums toleriert. Wenn man schon einen Aufpreis für den Hund nimmt, sollte der auch mit in den Frühsücksraum dürfen.

3 étoiles pour un 3 étoiles...

Les oreillers sont très petits. Il n'y a pas de volets, juste un rideau. La télé ne supporte pas Netflix ou alors c'est la télé la moins intuitive que j'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer. Les assiettes sont trop petites et il n'y a pas de cuillère en bois pour cuisiner. La pression de l'eau du pommeau de douche est décevante pour un 3 étoiles. Pour les points positifs, la lumière de la salle de bains est à l'intérieur de la salle de bains, il y a une terrasse sympa et le personnel est agréable surtout le monsieur qui travaillait dimanche 24 au soir.
