This is a really smart good value hotel, which we’ve stayed at a few times to break up journeys south from the UK. Everything was generally really good, with the exception of not being able to get any hot water for a shower, for an early start in the morning. Otherwise, great.

Great for stop-overs to recharge
Very useful hotel if you are travelling from uk to the South of France. It’s about half way! And has plenty of parking on site. It’s not pretty central Dijon but is clean, quiet, beds are good, lots of hot water and a decent on site restaurant. Plus the staff are kind and helpful.

My husband, 12 year old son and i recently spent 1 night on our way from Chaminix to Paris. We enjoyed this hotel. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the dining was great!. This hotel is located near a shopping mall whcih was very convenient.

Very good staff and location with outdoors parking space. Check in and check out were easy. Rooms are good size and clean. Spa's available steam and sauna rooms were free but unmanned. The Spa staff were not helpful to first time users. Next door shopping mall was a plus.

Pros: staff and concierge were very professional and attentive. The parking is gated. It's right beside a mall which allowed us to enjoy other dining/snack options. Cons: Out of all the hotel stays in the France, our two days here were the most expensive. I couldn't believe that two rooms came out to $1425.00 for two nights. Still, it was last minute and we needed a place to stay between Avignon and Paris. We booked it based on reviews. Our room (502) had mold on the bathroom walls (we took pictures & video because we couldn't believe it), the towels smelled like old rags and the shower curtain had brown staining on it and also smelled. The A/C was malfunctionning and in this heat it was so hot in the room, they tried to repair it but it still didn't work. We were not offered another room. The restaurant food was overpriced, over seasoned and our hamburger was completely raw (we asked for medium). I would suggest staying elsewhere if you are able to.

Gem in Dijon - Perfect Stopover
We loved our stay from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very efficient, the room was spotless and perfect for us and the breakfast was fabulous - so much choice! The options for dinner were numerous too and ample parking.

Geoffrey was such an excellent representative of the hotel. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating and we can’t praise him enough. The maitre d in the restaurant was also helpful and friendly and recommended a delicious dinner selection for us.

When we first arrived, we were really impressed with the location and the fact that there was plenty of free parking right outside. When we went for a wander next door, we realised that there were many shops within a few minutes walk and this was a bonus. We stayed in the suite and first impressions were good. The room was clean and the view of the swimming pool was lovely. We used the pool which was warm and there were towels and sunbeds too. We didn't use the restaurant for dinner but we had a nice breakfast the next morning. We did have an issue with the bath in the room and in my limited French I attempted to relay this. The reception staff member was excellent and came to to the room to help and then apologised and escalated the issue to the duty manager. He came promptly, apologised that he couldn't rectify the issue that evening or move us due to it being busy, but offered a good discount to make up for the inconvenience. We'd paid upfront for the room via a booking agency and so were concerned that this refund may get lost but they duty manager wrote me a note promising their actions and within less that 48 hours we had received the monies back as promised. Can't fault the experience and we will definitely be back

Last minute booking excellent location next to the shopping centre and easy access to the tram network into the centre of town. Breakfast was excellent and the kids were happy with the free Wi-Fi and swimming pool.

Food at dinner was just amazing. As was the wine. The staff have great knowledge of local wines and match them brilliantly to foods. Breakfast was ok, not as good as dinner though! Pool is small as is the area around it. Rooms were clean and well maintained, aircon was powerful!

Loved it all! I even went for an evening swim before dinner. There’s a few floors which I wasn’t great with the lifts as the property is quite big.

We were wondering why the hotel had only 10 reviewes. When we arrived, we understood why - the hotel was biult 2 years ago and after that Covid arrived. So, in reality it is a brend new hotel. The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacios, everything is extreamly clean. I have been in many 4 star hotels in Italy which are levels below this hotel. There is on-site sequre parking, which is very convenient. Laura met us at the reception and her smile and wormth made us feel at home. The entire staff was amazing - friendly and ready to go an extra step to make our stay even better. They all speak English, so it was really easy. The hotel really earned 10 of 10!

This is the best holiday Inn I ever stayed in. The service is 5 star. The rooms and amenities is exceptionally excellent. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant and bar provides great food and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel. It is located next to a shopping centre which is brilliant. This hotel is even better than some of Marriott and Hilton I stayed in.

Great service!
Great stay. Service was professionnal, friendly and very helpful. They even made reservation for us to go wine tasting. The hotel bar was great and the staff very friendly. They prepare a very nice iced coffee with vanilla. Ask for it, it's not on the menu. Location is very convenient with the tramway just outside the hotel and the mall next to it. There is a small but a nice swimming pool with a table to drink your cocktail with your feet in the water. Room was well equipped, clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. Definitely recommend.
Great iced coffee prepared on request. Ask for it as it's not on the menu.
