Bed comfort was great ,centrally located, very close to down town . The river front was so close by ,all the attractions of the city also located in a close distance. Staff were excellent. All in all a good hotel to stay with an affordable price

A great little hotel across the street from the train station. The city is a beautiful easily walkable city. Get the walking tour brochure for 4 euros from the city travel bureau at the train station.

Avoid- not clean

I was shocked to spend over 100 euros / night on a hotel that was this dirty. The bathroom was pretty disgusting and it was clear that it had only been spot cleaned. There was hair on the counter & marks & stains all over the bathroom

I tried to move my reservation by one day. I didn’t want to cancel and thought i was giving enough notice to move it but they were not flexible and would not allow the change, or refund me my money. You would think customers would get better service than that.

Hôtel très bien situé. Accueil chaleureux et agréable, mais un départ très expéditif et désagréable. Il y a, dans certaines situations, une vraie réflexion à avoir pour changer de métier si la relation avec la clientèle ne convient plus.

Zentrale Lage fast direkt am Bahnhof und 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Meine Bewertung wäre besser gewesen, wenn das Zimmer ordentlich gereinigt worden wäre. Bei der Ankunft fand ich im Mülleimer im Bad alte Hygieneartikel des Vormieters, was nicht sein darf und daher den ansonsten positiven Eindruck getrübt hat.

　ツインの部屋を予約しましたが、かなり広い部屋でした。エレベーターが小さく、日本人二人とスーツケースでいっぱいいっぱいなので複数人で宿泊の場合階段を使わざるを得ない場面がでてくるかもしれません。 　 　週末でもホテルの近くに個人経営の商店がありますのでお水や簡単なスナックなどは購入ができます。

Das Hotel ist sehr gut vom Bahnhof gelegen. Hatte ein sehr grosses Zimmer, was in Frankreich eher selten ist. Das Zimmer wahr sehr steril eingerichtet.

Mention spéciale pour les membres de la réception, attentionnés, serviables et très aimable. L'hôtel est très propre, agréable et confortable. Malgré la présence proche de la gare, il est calme et bien isolé. La porte fenêtre permet d'accéder à un mini balcon ce qui est agréable.

Très bonne etape

L'hôtel est idéalement placé. A deux pas de la gare de Dijon où se trouve le parking longue durée et le centre ville qui est à dix minutes à pieds.( Tarif réduit pour les résidents Best Western) Bon accueil. Chambre familiale très spacieuse et propre. Alors oui, on entend le Tram. Mais la nuit, pas de traffic,donc nuits calmes. Juste un petit reproche sur le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est facturé un peu cher vu l'offre qui est digne d'un 3 étoiles. Tarif très intéressant via Hotel.com. Un hôtel recommandable pour visiter Dijon.
