We stayed here one night. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was a real treat. We would definitely stay here sgain.
This was an exceptionally good property, in a wonderful city. It is now a favourite. Great buildings and architecture, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast on site was a cut above average. Great value overall.
This is an inexpensive place to stay in Dijon. The location is not bad. The Cite, the tram, the train station and the Botanical Gardens are all very close. The hotel and rooms are not much to be proud of. The people are nice enough.
We were late for breakfast but the lovely lady made up a tray for us to take to our room. I left my phone in the dining room and she brought it up to our room. Elle etait tres tres sympathique et gentille. Nous allons retourner!!
Fantastic simple and functional hotel. The apartment was perfect for a young family of four and spotlessly clean. Easy check in and really friendly helpful staff.

Apartment was clean, comfortable bed and all essential items were provided. The building looked recently built and the apartment was new. Highly recommend to stay in there if you’re in Dijon.
Perfectly positioned for shopping eating and sightseeing around Dijon. Secure parking at the hotel was only €10 a night. Breakfast well worth the extra. Large continental breakfast choice plus eggs and sausages. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy. 5 minutes walk and you are at a lovely square with many bars and restaurants. 10 minutes and you are at the start of the Owl walking trail for Dijon.
Plain but comfortable hotel and good location with excellent on site parking (€10.) we had a very spacious suite with a full kitchen, dining table for 4, a sofa that made a bad for two and a separate bedroom with a large bed. All of this for a very reasonable price. No complaints.

Hotel okay. Receptionist not do helpful.
Hotel in fantastic position close to Dijon old town. Room clean only negative was punch hole in back of bathroom door. Otherwise room adequate. Male receptionist not really helpful. My partner heard him say to other travellers to many English here need more Germans. Which is not ideal. All in all would stay here again just for the proximity to the old town.
The hotel is in a brilliant location, an easy walk to old town, right next to a new cinema and restaurant complex and with parking in the building at a reasonable price.
The room itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The only criticisms were the bed (which we found very uncomfortable), and a lack of things like side tables in the sitting room.
We chose this hotel because of the low price and location. Staying for only 2 nights, we were positively surprised and would have loved to stay longer.
Clean, cozy and practical room with everything you would need for a longer stay (including a small kitchen and utensiles).
Very nice and helpful staff as well as a lovely breakfast.
If you come by car, the hotel offers parking for a reasonable price per night.
With only a 5-minute walk to the old town - don't miss the great (and free!) Musée des Beaux-Arts, we would highly recommend it.
Positives: Great location. Spacy room. Comfortable beds. Well equipped.
Negatives: Breakfast option is pricy at EUR 16 per head. We opted out, as you can do much better down town. Gym could be upgraded.
Very nice new rooms for the budget. Very friendly helpful staff. Only ten mins walk into the delights of Dijon. Secure underground parking at very fair rate. A tip on parking. You can’t access until you’ve checked in. Park on street, check in, then access underground car park.
The property was clean. Upon check in the gentleman said garage was closed however is was resolved with another agent who gave us a remote to the garage. We were also told that since there were few people staying in the hotel they would not provide any hot breakfast. Overall, I would not stay again.
As other reviews have noted, this is a clean and modern hotel. It is located just outside the old city of Dijon and easily walkable to there. The little kitchen is ample for making breakfasts and simple meals. I did not get the breakfast for 16 Euros when there are many cafes within a 20 minute walk where a coffee and fresh croissant cost half that. I’m a solo female traveller and felt very safe. The neighbourhood is residential and there are two restaurants just down the street that are open late.

Good but some unfortunate water damage this visit
The hotel staff and location were excellent. However, on our visit there had been a flood in the underground car park which was deep enough for my wife to change her socks after walking through the standing water! Also, the wall in our 6th floor room had signs of water damage which was unpleasant. The breakfast seemed expensive at €16 per adult so we walked 2 mins to the Le Moulin boulanger and bought pastries for our family of 4 and 2 coffees, which were absolutely delicious!
I stayed at Residhome Dijon Cité des Vignes for 19 nights and was very pleased with the experience overall.
The room was clean, modern, and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Climate control worked well, and the large windows overlooked a nearby park, with cherry blossoms in bloom during my stay—an unexpected bonus that made the view even better. The TV was easy to use, with accessible HDMI ports for my own devices.
The location is excellent. The T2 tram stops nearby and connects you directly to the city center and Toison d’Or, where there’s an enormous Carrefour and plenty of shopping. Monge Cité de la Gastronomie is just next door, along with a great selection of restaurants. The Pathé cinema is right next door as well, and there are two parks, the river, and the canal all within walking distance.
The front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful. My only minor issue was having to purchase a couple of basic kitchen utensils—like tongs and a large serving spoon—that I would’ve expected to be included.
Considering the quality of the stay and the excellent location, the value was outstanding—my average nightly cost was just over $52. This was one of the most comfortable and convenient extended stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
