"Poor internet, no water in lobby. No fridge. Check in did not tell us about ice or housekeeping. Not enough towels. Beds comfortable! Pillows not comfortable, all wadded up. Fabulous location and quiet. Cereals in morning were not marked correctly (needed GF muesli but was granola. Fruit was old (apples)"

"Probably one of our very favourite hotels ever. The property was amazing. Our room(s) had a beautiful view of the canal and was well appointed. Beds were comfortable with excellent bedding. Staff were kind and helpful. We spent some time in the courtyard which was nice as well. Super quaint and lovely!"

"We loved this hotel, the family room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel as we preferred to go out and eat at nearby cafes. Its position was central and it was easy to walk around Bruges which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful."

"Absolutely loved our stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a treat waiting in our room (tin of Belgium biscuits)…nice touch! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We can’t say enough about the storybook city of Bruges and the location of this hotel! Plus we needed parking and the hotel had some on site (which is rare in a historical area). We wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!"
