"The room was clean, the staff friendly and efficient and breakfast was as expected - scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage paddies."

"Generally clean, however food was not vacuumed from under the cabinet. The door was broken on the cabinet for the fridge so we fixed it. Two plumbing fixtures are loose in the room. The staff was amazing!! Breakfast was okay. Overall, it was what we expected, but definitely had room for improvement."

"It was around 10:00 p.m. when we arrived, and several people were waiting to check in. We had all driven through a snowstorm on poor road conditions and were exhausted. The front desk attendant was young and kind, but she spent a long time talking to the guests ahead of us about how she doesn’t get much sleep because her baby keeps her up and only wants her instead of her husband. It was clear the guests were not interested and just wanted to get their room keys. We had checked in online, so our process was quick. However, when we entered our room, it smelled musty and the floor was very damp. The handle in the shower was broken. When I reported it, the attendant said she could fix it and went to get tools. About 15–20 minutes later, she returned and attempted to repair it, but she struggled. At that point, we were extremely tired and just wanted to go to bed. I asked if another room was available, and she said there was one upstairs. I said that would be fine, but she insisted on continuing to fix the shower. I eventually told her I didn’t mind anymore and just wanted to rest. It was around 11:30 p.m. when she said she believed it was fixed and left the room. However, when I tried to turn on the shower, the handle fell off completely. As a result, we were unable to use the shower. The damage was significant and clearly not something that could be quickly repaired. Obviously they were aware of the shower having a problem because of the highlighted instructions. "

"Perfect for a group who needs space and can still be together. Excellent location and host was so understanding. "

"This cottage was clean and bright. It’s walkable to the business district. Outdoor enthusiasts will love Dillon’s proximity to hiking and fishing sites. A short distance away is a bike park visited by cyclists from across the country. Dillon is also home to University of Montana Western. It’s a special town and the cottage is the perfect “home base” for visitors."

"First, this hotel is charming and I imagine would be a nice place to stay as long as you don’t get suite #4. We just stayed there and it was terrible. The HVAC unit in the bedroom was very noisy and the massive hotel sign is right outside the windows, which lights up the room even with all the window coverings closed. "
