-NO PARTIES - We are in a Private Community w/ an HOA & Security Guard
-NO Large Gatherings- Please don't attempt a party. It will not go unnoticed
-Dogs OK! $120 Dog Fee per Dog - per stay - No enclosed areas for pups. They must be on-leash when out of the house! We have very friendly deer in the area
-NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces
only
-Due to the severe water crisis please be conscientious of water usage
