Welcome to our beautiful condo! Indoor pool and hot-tub. Nicely and fully renovated! Brand new furniture and an awesome place to enjoy the snow or the awesome green yard in summer. It's pretty quiet and perfect for a family or friends time. I am sorry, no smoking, and no pets allowed.

Nice & warm and cozy

This is our first time visit Dillon and we really enjoyed our stay at Margarita’s place. This 3 bdrms - 2 baths were comfortable for our group of 6 adults. It’s very convenient and easy access to number of ski resorts nearby. We plan to come back for another visit in summertime and Margarita is definitely in our list for accommodations.

Excellent overnight stay. Proximity to I70 might deter some for noise concerns, but really no worries there. A quiet, pleasant stay with everything you would need at hand. Thank you Margarita and Enrique.

Concert Weekend

We stayed here for a concert weekend and it was the perfect set up for our group. It’s very well appointed and comfortable, not to mention close enough to walk to Dillon Amphitheatre. We will definitely look to stay here again! The host was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay!

Nice Condo for Ski Trip

The condo was nice and clean; the bathrooms were modern and well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of tools and pots and pans for cooking and the grill also was working. There isn't much lighting in the dining area which was the only downside.

One Night Stay

In town for 1 night to see a show at the Dillon Amphitheater. It’s a bit of a hike (about 1.3 miles) but walkable if you choose. Condo was super clean and well appointed with coffee for the morning and even a small snack stand. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great Stay

This place was a great spot to rest after skiing with family. There was plenty of space for the four of us, and Margarita helped us feel at home. While check-in details weren't made available via email before our arrival, Margarita responded quickly to our phone call and sent us the information we needed.

Perfect Ski Vacation

Very, very clean three bedroom condo with everything we needed for our ski vacation. Margarita was very easy to communicate with and she responded to my questions immediately. The kitchen was especially well stocked with all manner of pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc. Will definitely be coming back here for my future trips to Colorado.

Great condo for family ski trip

The condo had everything we needed for our family of 5(3 kids - 6, 9, 17). Towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, all kitchen utensils, dishes, even books and toys for kids. Tons of stores and restaurants close by (Target!). The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great location to all the resorts. The city market was very close to the condo along with rental shops, restaurants and other shopping needs. The kitchen inside the condo had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Note: We brought our own slow cooker

Perfect setup for a family ski trip

Stayed here for a ski weekend with my wife and twin 6 year olds. The condo was clean and well stocked. Bonus points for all the kid ready kitchenware. Three well sized bedrooms and three tvs gave us more than enough space to spread out. Reserved parking right out front made it easy to load in and out. The indoor pool and hot tub were easy to access. Beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet at night. Would stay here again. Great value for a quick weekend trip.

Very Enjoyable Stay

We were a group of 6 guys that stayed here for a long weekend to go skiing at both Breckenridge and Keystone. We really enjoyed the cozy feel of the condo. The Queen beds are pretty comfortable, but the bunk beds and the bed on the floor in the bunk bed room are not at all comfortable. There is a couch in the living room that is very comfortable, but it does not pull out into a bed. The kitchen has everything you need and they even allowed us to drink some of the stuff in their bar! The host was great with communication and quickly answered any of my questions. The community club house with the indoor pool is a little older, but it was nice to have the hot tub to enjoy. It really isn't walkable to get to the hot tub in winter, but it is only a 1-2 min drive. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay again!

Great place to stay for Ski

Margarita's two-bedroom condo exceeded our expectations with its well-stocked kitchen and tasteful decor. The proximity to A-Basin was a major plus, enhancing our skiing experience. Margarita was easy to communicate with. Her responsiveness and helpfulness greatly contributed to the overall positive experience of our stay. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I wanted to offer a couple of suggestions that may enhance future guests' experiences: Clarification on Condo Layout: It might be beneficial to mention in the listing that one side of the condo is on the basement level while the other is over the ground. This information can help guests make an informed decision based on their preferences. Consider Adding a Washing Machine: Given that it's a ski condo, having a washing machine would be a valuable addition. This would allow guests to conveniently wash their ski gear after a day on the slopes, enhancing the overall comfort of their stay. Firm Mattress Recommendation: While the current mattress served its purpose, when it comes time for a replacement, we would recommend considering a firmer mattress. This could provide additional support and contribute to a more restful night's sleep for guests. We hope you find these suggestions helpful, and please know that they are shared with the utmost respect and gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at your condo. We look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.
