"Had to Check in at the counter, staff was very nice. My room was spacious king size bed with walk in shower, coffee maker and microwave. I worked during the day with a Hot Spot wasn’t the best. Went downstairs in the evening had a variety of different machines, played had a nice time. Ate at the Food Court, prices weren’t bad, was happy with the food selection. Will definitely go back!"

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room was in very poor condition—there was no hot water, the shower and toilet were both broken, and overall the place felt run down and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was no smoke detector, which is a serious safety concern. And I even stated it to the staff and basically gotten brush of about it. This property clearly lacks basic upkeep and attention to guest safety and comfort. I would not recommend staying here, and I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes immediate improvements "

"in our room the phone was not working, the micro wave was missing-the glass plate, one of the coffee machines in breakfast area was not working, on thursday morning the bathroom in the lobby was stopped up,the breakfast left a lot to be desired.pancake machine was out of batter,bacon was so greasy it was not eatable. had to ask for napkins,room was not cleaned when we requested it , not a very good stay"
