"It is a wonderful place to stay at least 3 nights and enjoy the great places to visit in Bohol and the Loboc River next to the Loboc River Resort. The staff is outstanding in happy their energy. Being a river resort it is a little rustic which makes the place very special but there will be issues like water leaks, a malfunctioning safe and one morning we had no hot water but those problems were promptly resolved by their maintenance almost immediately after reporting the issues. I’m sure it is quite a struggle to keep a place like that next to the river clean and operational. The breakfast buffet included was also very good. I highly recommend the Loboc River Resort. We stayed 3 nights in early January 2025. No mosquitos or snakes but lots of small lizards which give authenticity to the resort. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and cozy. Bathroom was clean as well. There is a restaurant below as well which was nice for breakfast or when we were too lazy to go far. The hotel helped us with all our questions, had someone come to us when we wanted to rent a car, and helped with any tours. Would definitely recommend Sweet Home Boutique as we would stay their again as well. "

"The room is sizeable, bathroom is clean, room is comfy and bedsheets arè clean but mattress needs changing, there are ticks, pricking me when laying down i have to use towels to double up my sheets but still i can feel the bites. Kudos to the 3am staff that processed our check out, he was extra helpful in finding us transpo going to the bus terminal since it was 3am. He is hardworking. "

"Just Booking a standard room that means to say just a Clean room no windows Just a good clean room That’s it okey Everybody are helpful from security, receptionist, the room service are really good Breakfast in Bed are Good too. The Hotel are close to the Ferry Terminal and a 10 minutes to the Airport coz it was Sunday when I Check out Tricycle or BAO are the source of taxi easy to get to your destination The good thing is theirs a restaurant right beside the hotel They serve a good Filipino foods Perfect for the price "

"Their listing needs clarity. The property is by the water and has a beautiful front lawn. However, the property does not have a parking space for your vehicle(s). You will have to park your vehicle (if you own one) outside the gate right by the highway on the sloping shoulder of the road. The listing gives the impression that you'll be renting the whole place, but in reality you'll be renting only one house. You don't have the whole place to your self. (The owner(s) need to clarify this in their listing.) The house we rented has three bedrooms all of which have airconditioning and fans. However, the living room does not have any airconditioning system so it does get hot and humid in the living room even if you open the glass doors and leave the screen doors closed. It mentions an oven, but there is no oven in the house (only a table top gas stove). It mentions a washing machine, but there is no washing machine in the house. There is a pool and a hut/cabana in front of the pool, but when the owners are already seated there you'll feel awkward invading their space (you'll have to be extremely social or thick-skinned to be invade somebody's space). My brother and nephew and niece only got to use the pool once and at night when the owners were back inside their house. We booked this place and not a hotel because we wanted privacy and flexibility for this specific trip with my family...and we didn't get that. "

"Dayview was very helpful. I asked for a Ground Flr room & they gave me one. Room amenities are good. Very close walk to the supermarket & eateries. Staff are helpful."
