"Clean and comfortable. Great room size. Kitchen had what was needed for any simple meal. Breakfast was great. Overall a great stay. No complaints. "

"We enjoyed the property. Clean, big, very nice yard. The amount of notes posted everywhere you look along with the security cameras all over the place was a big much…especially the camera pointed directly at the hot tub. It is a very nice house and Mary was very friendly and accommodating. Just don’t love the excessive amount of signage and rules everywhere you look along with the security cameras…just felt a bit over the top for all of us. "

"Beautiful, spacious home—perfect for our large family celebrating my daughter’s dental graduation. The house was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortably fit about 20 people. We loved seeing snow and deer in the backyard—it made the stay extra special.Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free.Terry and Nickk were excellent hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly an A experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Place is great need more items to cook for a big group"

"This was a great rental for my family. Price was great, beds were comfortable, location was good, and overall it was a spacious rental for this family of 5. It was very easy access to Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton ski areas (we drove most days, but also took the ski bus). A great grocery store was nearby (a long block away). The outdoor hot tub was a treat, and the indoor gaming (ping pong and basketball) entertained my kids (ages 10-15) everyday. Would strongly recommend this rental."

"We stayed here while in town for my dad’s service, and it provided exactly what we needed during a difficult time. The home was very clean, peaceful, and offered a comforting space for everyone to relax. There was plenty of room for us to come together, while still having separate spaces for privacy. "this is an exceptional rental. location is great for skiing and the scenery and surroundings are beautiful. the house is wonderfully suppled and comfortable, the kitchen was fabulous (sharp knives! lots of nice pans! food storage containers! lots of baking dishes!). it had everything to help make our extended family happy and entertained, and the manager was very responsive. we loved it."

"Good base for an elongated weekend skiing in Alta and Snowbird, which are just a 25 min drive away. Apartment was immaculately clean. Comfy bed. Easy to find, easy to park in a quiet, residential neighborhood. As described it is a basement apartment, so not much sunlight which was ok for us since we were out all day anyway. The kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a few paper plates and plastic utensils. A water kettle and a few cups for a cup of tea in the morning would be a nice upgrade."
