"Great location if you’re visiting with a car. A free parking lot is close by and a little Main Street with shops is a short walk. The house is cozy and charming with a large first floor and kitchen. There isn’t a door or curtain on the shirt so that room gets wet, but overall a lovely place to stay."

Friendly and welcoming owners who gave us great advice about the area. Only a few minutes walk from a gorgeous patisserie, the place it’s self has been beautifully and lovingly designed to a very high standard and our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. The units are a bit cramped with very narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The toilet is downstairs, while the bedrooms and showers are upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom supplies are a bit light and sparse. This is a standard French rental, so it's BYO supplies, but I found it unusual that the bathrooms don't even have hand soap. The...

"Although the fittings to the property are somewhat dated they are all functional. Very quiet location with open grass land to the rear. Nearest shops are some distance, you will need a car. There are a small number of restaurants within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Property is situated in Port Mer about 2 to 3 miles from Cancale town center and beach front."
