Tolle Aussicht

Das Apartment liegt äußerst günstig direkt am Meer mit vielen Möglichkeiten, Spaziergänge an der Küste zu unternehmen und in unmittelbarer Nähe der wichtigsten Geschäfte und Restaurants. Man kann zu Fuß zur Bootsanlegestelle oder zum Strand gehen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung ist gut. Schade nur, dass es kein gratis-WLan gibt. Die Kosten dafür sind wirklich zu hoch.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Appartement très bien situé avec une belle vue . Balcon agréable . Résidence très calme, Le garage est un plus Très bonne literie Robinetterie et moquette plus que vintage. Le ménage à revoir (peut être la fin de saison)

Appartement qui pourrait être super si la moquette était changée (elle se décolle dans l'entrée), si les portes de l'armoire de la chambre coulissaient convenablement, s'il y avait trois chaises autour de la table,et surtout s'il n'y avait pas cette circulation alternée juste sous la terrasse : bruit odeur d'essence qui la rendent pratiquement inutilisable.

le garage est sous sol..ou est l'ascenceur?.aucune indiquation sur leur papier apres avoir ouvert plusieurs portes..ascenceur..mais pas le bon..on redescent avec valises.on recherche...merci a un resident qui nous donnes le bonne ascenceur..notre arrivee.pas de papier toillette ..on donne faire nos lits.et ..edredon dechirer a plusieurs endroints .sinon beau sejour..

Très beau petit appartement, très propre avec une belle vue sue la baie de Saint Malo. Bonne literie. L'appartement se trouve face à la magnifique "promenade du clair de lune" qui longe la mer et à deux pas du centre avec ses boutiques, terrasses et restaurants. Parking très appréciable et, contrairement à certains commentaires, tout à fait accessible aux grandes voitures (break audi A6). De plus, non loin de Cancale, Saint Malo, le Mont Saint Michel, le Cap Fréhel.. Personnel Inerthome au top

Acceuil inexistant. A l'arrivée, se débrouiller seul dans une résidence dépourvue de toute signalétique. Et, de plus, sur document Interhome, indication d'immeuble erronée (E. 2 au lieu de 1).Un box de parking hyper difficile à utiliser (avons du laisser la voiture dehors). Le personnel local ne semble pas concerné.

L’appartement et la résidence sont très agréable, bien situés, avec une terrasse vue mer très agréable pour les repas. La literie est très confortable et le box très utile dans cette très belle ville où il est compliqué de stationner. Point d’amélioration : la décoration à rajeunir et des travaux de rafraîchissements à prévoir.

Apparemment spacieux avec des prestations de qualité. Excellente laiterie, une belle terrasse pleine vue mer et un soleil pénétrant le matin. Rien ne manquait pour passer un agréable séjour. Box gratuit attenant à l'immeuble, bien pratique quand on sait qu"au centre ville de Dinard tous les parkings sont payants.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Vue mer superbe mais il serait bon de préciser que la place de parking est un petit box pour un véhicule actuel et que la vaisselle n'était pas propre. Il serait agréable d'avoir a disposition une cafetière et bouilloire adéquat pour 3 personnes.
