Dinh Tien Hoang Square

Staff were lovely and location was great in Hanoi. However the plumbing wasn't the best and often left a smell. Also, I arrived early and they held my suitcase for me until check in time. Although this is kind, I would question the security behind this as i went in and out of that room a few times and other people's belongings were there. Seems like anyone could take it if they had to temporarily store something as well. Be aware it's very noisy on the street below.

What a great hotel!! Location is perfect right in the middle of the old quarter. Hotel and the rooms are new or newly updated and very well laid out to maximize space. The staff id incredible. From the second you arrive to the time you depart they make you feel like the most important person in the world! I really cant say enough great things about the hotel and staff. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given

The room was clean & comfortable, but sone, including ours need updating. I think they are slowly renovating the rooms. The bed was big, & very comfortable.
