Highly recommend this Hotel. They actually have two buildings near each other. Large rooms, large bathroom with huge walk in shower. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Note: Parking in Dinklesbuhl is in one of several public parking lots. You can drop off luggage or pickups at Hotel

In terms of interior design, the best hotel in the town by a long way. Lots of interesting materials used with a bit of a chic-recycle vibe, buffet breakfast was excellent, clean and wide range of choice. As is often the way now, some of the younger staff are a little bit aloof and shall we say unfocused on your experience, so check in and restaurant service can require your patience, it's generational, so you can't hold it against them.

Great hotel and great location

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and Crailsheim. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to choose from each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful hotel and great value. Very modern interior and rooms beautifully decorated within a building that is new but designed to look old. Excellent restaurant and terrace (though expensive) in the hotel. Free parking available 5 minutes walk away. And the location in the centre of the town is perfect. A great stay.

Very attractive two-building accommodation right in the middle of town. Nice staff. Hotel parking (10 euros) was convenient. Excellent breakfast. The room was a bit warm (it wasn’t clear how to adjust the AC) but otherwise a very nice stay.

Despite the picture of the old building on the booking, we were in the nearby 'new' building - a very good, brand new hotel that is still being finished .... but our stay and our room was great - large, spacious room, huge shower, huge bed.

Excellent stay- highly recommend

Perfect central location. Communication with the hotel was responsive, helpful and prompt. Check in was efficient and welcoming. Interior (common areas and room) in the second (blue) building seem to have been completely renovated/ updated and are thoroughly modern, stylish, clean and comfortable. Nespresso machine and other in-room amenities were welcome additions. The breakfast offered far better selection than in many European hotels and the quality of the food and coffee was great. Off site (free) parking was an easy 4-6 minute walk from the hotel.

The best place we stayed during our 2 week travel in Bavaria. The hotel has two buildings. We stayed in the historic one, and the ambience is charming. The newer one, where the checkin desk is located, is also nice. Both hotel restaurants offer great dinner options. The breakfast (served in the newer building) is excelent -- one again, the best in these two weeks. The location is most central. Parking: you can park overnight for free in the street just nearby, during the day it is 2 hour limit. The free parking is 5-6 minutes (by foot) away, behind the nice pond behind the city gate

Beautiful Hotel

Great location in the centre of Dinkelsbühl old town. The rooms are huge and beautifully furnished with plush beds and modern bathrooms. Staff can’t do enough to help and are all very friendly. Breakfast is great, you choose some parts ahead of time so it’s ready when you come down and can add more whilst at the table. There is some on street parking available outside or they do have a garage that can be used on a daily rate; we just used one of the large municipal car parks just a short walk away instead. Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely visit again!

This hotel is right in the heart of Dinkelsbuhl and was a perfect location for visitors to the town. They have a very nice restaurant where we had dinner and they also provided a custom breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and updated. No air conditioning because this is a historic building, but we didn't need it as the windows provided cooling in the evening. No elevator if that is a concern, but we didn't need that. It was wonderful staying in such a beautiful building and this is literally in the center of town. Highly recommended.

Strange experience this one. Arrived outside hotel to check in around 3.30pm to find it deserted, information when booking indicates secure parking, yet nowhere other than on street parking and only after 5pm. No one in reception just a notice to say check in at hotel in the old bank. Forgive me as I’m not a local as I have no clue as to which hotel nearby is now in the old bank struggle to find where to check in. Eventually work out that the newly refurbished hotel is three hotels down, go in to check in, to be told by the receptionist we can’t park where we are will have to move cars and come back after 5pm. Nevertheless, she offers to take us down to the deserted old hotel to show us our rooms. Neither hotel has a bar or restaurant but the new one does serve breakfast which was one positive. Very old quirky hotel in a lovely old town, would definitely come to this part of Germany again just wouldn’t stay at this particular hotel.
