"They didn’t service the room!"

"We were there at the beginning of May, 2026. The rooms are large and each has its own private sitting and BBQ area. There isn't a view but it is very convenient. The bathrooms are outdoors which can be hot in the afternoon. Each room comes with a washer/dryer and they provide some laundry soap packets. There is a nice pool. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it was crowded every night. The resort was not crowded while we were there. It is not directly on the beach (only one is) but is in easy walking distance to the dunes/beach or trivial driving to the parking at the Beach Cafe. Cable Beach is a wonderful beach. The only downside to Bali Hai is you don't get to park next to your room. On the other hand, there aren't roads/vehicles everywhere."

"Pool was great but rooms are dated"

"Our one bedroom apartment and balcony were spacious, clean, and well furnished and stocked. The interior of the unit is a little dated, but very well maintained. The on-site restaurant was nice and convenient. Resort staff were very helpful. There is a local bus stop across the street from the resort, which is convenient, and Cable Beach is a short 15 minute walk away. The pools were very nice. Well done!!!"

"We were placed in a disability room, the room and bathroom were clean but there was only one shower curtain when two were needed to cover the exposed areas to stop the spray from getting over toilet etc. The most frustrating thing was that the shower water did not drain into the drain hole but flowed out towards the main part of the bathroom and towards the bedroom door. We put towels etc down to try and stop this, they all got soaked. Work needs to be done on this drainage issue!"

"Really great hotel. Perfect location in town, easy to get around and close to everything. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Spacious room with all we needed including pod coffee machine. Gym equipment good would like a supply of disinfectant wipes to wipe down when finished use. Pool lovely and big enough for laps. Would like some padded covers on pool couches for comfort. Great position for our regular walks to jetty, Chinatown etc. "
