"Overall, this is a very nice hotel. This was my second stay at this Hilton and both times I found issues with the maintenance of the rooms. Last time it was the refrigerator just did not work properly. I had to turn it on when I went to put my doggie bag from the dinner I had to walk to get because the restaurant in the hotel is too limited and is just not there except for a couple of hours at night. There is no room service (food wise) and there is no way I will ever pay $20.00 or more for a breakfast or over $17.00 for a short stack of pancakes. There are much more reasonable priced restaurants close by. This trip I spent half my shower bent down to hold the stopper open so the bathtub would drain. and the A/C was horrible. I was up changing the thermostat every 15 minutes. To let it cycle I would get sweaty before it would kick on. I always thought that the Hilton name meant class, this Hilton falls short. But the staff are friendly and very attentive."

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We understood when we booked this hotel we would not receive housekeeping services every day. While being fine with that, it would be nice for in room coffee and creamer/sugar to be replenished daily. If this service isn't provided, to create a pick up station where we could pick up towels and our coffee for the room coffee maker without waiting for front desk staff to be available. There was usually coffee available in the lobby most mornings, but it's nice to be able to make a cup in the room without having to get dressed to go to the lobby."
