"Clean room and very friendly staff"

"Great location, steps from the beach. Takes a very long time to check in here I had came in 3 times to check in and the 4th time they said the room was ready then said nvm, was a bit annoying with a 1 year old exhausted and running around everywhere. But if your in no hurry js a good location and cute rooftop !!"

"We checked in at 10 PM, and the electricity went out about 20 minutes later. There was not a single ray of light in the entire place. We had no choice but to leave. I requested a refund that night and was told they would contact me, but they never did. I went back the next day to follow up, and again they said they would contact me — yet I never heard from them. Terrible experience overall. Very poor management and customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this place."

"1) too bright to sleep since the door is frosted glass without any curtains or blackout shade. There is a skylight over the kitchenette in the bedroom that also made it too bright. 2) TV remote battery either dying or the remote just not functioning properly. Couldn't change channels smoothly or volume, and turning off the TV wasn't working so we had to do it on the TV itself 3) Bed a little too soft for me 4) Checked in but were in the other building and told that the wifi was different but didn't know where to find it. 5) phone in room doesn't have a button to auto call the front desk; inconvenient 6) a little dark in the bathroom sink area"

"The bar and staff and hotel were overall great, but you don't get to choose the location of your room and if you get stuck on the street side it's very loud throughout the night. Wish it came with ear plugs. "

"The location was amazing and we had such a great time! The room could use a few refreshing updates, but that’s pretty typical for a beachfront spot in such a prime location. Being so close to the beach made it completely worth it, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Room was very clean, kitchenette was stocked with necessary utensils, location was very good, and staff was very nice. I would say some upgrades are needed and maybe a washing machine would be nice. Walls are thin but when you sleep with a TV on it helps tune out. But all in all, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely stay there again. :)"

"This is a unique spot. Views were incredible, the room was comfortable (a bit loud from floor above). Staff was awesome"
