La Maison du Port – Beach within walking distance, peaceful and comfortable

  • Welcome to our family home, nestled in a quiet area of Dives-sur-Mer. 50 m from the port and 200 m from the beach, enjoy an ideal location to do everything on foot. Spacious, bright and perfectly equipped, it is designed to share beautiful moments with the family, summer and winter, thanks to its warm atmosphere.
    Equipped with a garden with parking spaces and private swimming pool, heated on a suspended terrace. Important: no bedroom on the ground floor, house on 2 floors

    The accommodation
    Fully enclosed land, electric gate at the entrance of the house on the street side. Possibility to park 2 vehicles in the courtyard as well as a boat or jet ski in a secure way.
    There is a washing station for rinsing after each outing if needed.
    A large suspended terrace of 100 m2, overlooking the port with a heated swimming pool of 6mx4mx1.45m deep. An atmospheric brazier as well as a barbecue
    Large parasol 3mx3m and deckchairs. Garden of 400 m2 enclosed.

    Traveller access
    The entire house, the garden, the front yard to park vehicles, the terrace and the swimming pool. The garage is not accessible to travellers as well as 2 closed rooms in the house .
