"Front desk staff is fantastic, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Location is absolute, 5-6 minutes to West Edmonton Mall, also right on the hwy that leads to Jasper, and you can also walk to Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Costco, Tim Hortons and many other local stores and business. Hotel is quiet, there are two towers. Also offers breakfast. And its a very easy drive downtown and around the city. "

"Spend one night here. It’s in a nice part of town and has a nice view. It’s a beautiful old hotel with lots of history. Breakfast was good too "

"pet walking area un maintained... no place to put doggy bags . Bed was not comfortable in any way . minimal duvet. Did not sleep well, nearby car was key accessed several times in middle of the night ( post 2 am) . For the price.... not great."

"An apartment suite is worth the few extra dollars. Extra space, and a kitchen makes a longer stay much easier. The staff are very helpful. The room attendants are lovely. "

"Couldn’t ask for anymore. The room was perfect. Huge room with a king bed, bathroom was awesome too. Breakfast was great and had multiple protein options (sausage, bacon, beans, hard boiled eggs, egg omelets) as well as toast, cereal, etc. Hotel itself was awesome as well. Located well with a gas station; multiple liquor stores as well as a McDonald’s all in one parking lot. Also featured a restaurant, VLTs, and a pool table. 100% would recommend. Great hotel, great location and great staff. "
