"The property was amazing! It was the best rental we have ever stayed in by far. The house is clean and well stocked with plenty of room. It has plenty of amazing amenities. One of the best features was the beautiful outdoor fire pit. We got to see deer everyday we were there. The hosts were absolutely amazing and were great at communicating with us! We had a couple of minor issues while we were there and the hosts had the problems fixed within minutes. The issues we had were not the fault of the hosts and were just normal things that can happen. We will definetly be looking to rent this amazing cabin everytime we return to Panguitch!"

"Clean, great location to fish the best spots of the lake and see tons of deer and antelope. Perfect for 2 adults and 2-3 kids. Or 3 adults and 2-3 kids. Good parking for 2-3 cars, and we had 2. Well stocked kitchen, full sized refrigerator, range, microwave. Dishwasher and laundry are game changers. Kids loved the movie selections. Host was super responsive. Will return for sure. "

"This cabin was perfect for our needs and a great place to stay! The host was responsive and checked to make sure that we had everything we needed. It is well stocked and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place near Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks/Brian Head. Just be aware that it is located in a rural area and cell service is nonexistent. There is WiFi at the house, so we were able to make it work. I would not recommend trying to do remote work from this location. "

"The pictures made it look newer and shinier than it really was. The location was nice, but there was not really access to the creek as there was a fence about 2 feet off the creek. I'm sure this house was super nice when new but it is showing some wear and tear. It doesn't appear many updates have been done since it was built. It lacked some cleaning as it was dusty and pots, pans and china had to be washed again. Part of the porch was held together with electrical tape. It wasn't horrible but expected more for top dollar price."

"We had to wait about 45 minutes for the plow to get up to it but once we arrived everything was wonderful! The only thing the kitchen did not have was a wine corkscrew. The property was beautiful and clean. Great communication with property manager also! We would recommend this huge cabin. "
