"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"If you want an excellent host that goes above and beyond this is the place to stay. Beautiful views and clean, spacious accommodations. If you have bad knees or health problems it may be difficult ."

A/C functioned well in the bedrooms. There were many beautiful areas to relax outdoors. The town of Cima was lovely and we had really good meals at the local restaurants.
