"The staff for the most part was nice, the property is clean but there are cats everywhere, not everyone likes cats. Also there was little ants all over my room( though I never brought it to their attention). The whole ground in the resort is VERY SLIPPERY when it rains, I hope someone does not crack their head someday. The food in general needs an upgrade. The food in Alonzonia is bit better. They need to have nightly events to keep guest entertained. "

"Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Location I recently had the pleasure of staying here for two separate reservations, and my experience, particularly during the second stay, was absolutely outstanding. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable—not just like a guest, but like good friends. It is clear that they genuinely care about your well-being and are consistently polite. A special mention must go to Katerina. Her problem-solving skills and people skills are excellent, and she handled every detail with grace and efficiency. She is clearly a great leader and role model for the rest of the team, setting a high standard for hospitality. To top it all off, the food is great. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. "Staff fab. Room lovely. Loved balcony. Breakfast good. Could have done with extra toilet paper, they didnt add an extra roll when cleaning. Shower slightly grubby looking but was actually a fabolously powerfull shower. Maybe just needs a paint."
