The hot tub was great. The pool was ice cold, not so great. Breakfast was run of the mill chefs hotel breakfast coffee yuck. Room was clean. Bathroom had pump bottles shampoo/conditioner body& hand wash. No lotion. Beds were very comfortable. They do charge you $50 for incidentals which is refunded if there are none.

Hotel is excellent, however, I rented here after a 10 hour drive solely because it has a hot tub, but the hot tub and pool are both under construction and it did not state this anywhere online. My children were HEARTBROKEN. Plus, our stay was nonrefundable so we couldn't look elsewhere as there was no refund. Everything else was perfect.

Stayed at this hotel for a quick night on a road trip out west. I've got to say, I'm surprised at how nice this Days Inn was. Very clean, professional and enthusiastic employees, and a wide variety of food options for breakfast (only one hot item though). My room was very spacious with a large bathroom and living space for having only one bed - loved it! My main issue was a couple of amenities not working. The big one being the elevator. There is none. I looked down the hallways trying to find one until I realized the sign that says 'elevator' is covered in tape. Had to drag all my luggage up the steps. I don't understand how elderly customers can deal with this. Thankfully it seemed like I was the only person sent to the second floor. I tried to get a snack from the vending machine at night just to see that the vending machine was broken and the ice machine next to it was too. A very nice property that I'd go to again, but make sure you pick the first floor :)

Requested a 2 queen bed room non smoking, when we got our keys, we had one bed and a couch. Returned to the desk and the only 2 bed available was a smoking room. Counter person said they didn't have access to Expedia anymore and that they no longer used them. Had to ask for towels and there was no breakfast left when we got down the the lobby.

Hot summer days/night

Was very disappointed with the hotel amenities. Ice machine was broke the whole weekend. There were not enough towels placed in room and when asking the front desk for more was informed there were none. Hot tub was broken with green water and awful smell present. Pool was slightly better. Hotel staff blamed the situation on a baseball tournament and lots of kids being at the hotel. Also, maintenance doesn't work on weekends. If I were the hotel owner/manager I would staff accordingly for booked weekends and special events and pay to have maintenance and housekeeping on site or on call

We stayed two different nights. The first night they had our reservation. Check in was fine. They were helpful on where to eat. I expected more of the room. The towels were old but the room was comfortable enough. The second night - 2 days later they did not have our reservation. They were in the middle of changing owners and systems. But she was helpful and made everything right++ The room looked better but we only had 1 bath towel, phones had no dial tone. But we made due until 3 am when the wind blew our window into our room. The window was shut and taped for the night. 4 hours sleep...

Overpriced

A newer building that is already showing small signs of neglect in keeping it in the best of repair. They refused to give me a receipt at check-out, saying since I had paid "Expedia" (meaning "Hotels") in advance, they had not received any payment, therefore, they could not produce a "paid-in-full" receipt.
